Eligibility & Guidelines

Early Career Researcher

  1. The award is open to early-career professionals - post-doc, assistant professors, and others who are below the age of 35 (as of April 1st, 2025).
  2. Applicants must have conducted significant research (preferably independently) in areas relevant to the conference theme.
  3. The applicant must submit an abstract of their research to be considered for the award.
  4. The recipient must present their research (oral/invited presentation) at the conference.

Best Oral Presentation

  1. Participants across all categories are invited to apply for the Oral Presentation, offering first, second, and third prizes for outstanding work.
  2. Participants may choose a topic from the conference themes to align their presentation with the event’s focus areas.
  3. 8 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
  4. Slides should be well-structured, data-driven, and clearly articulate research objectives, methodology, and outcomes.

Best Poster Presentation

  1. Participants across all categories are invited to apply for the Poster Presentation, offering first, second, and third prizes for outstanding work.
  2. Participants may choose a topic from the conference themes to align their presentation with the event’s focus areas.
  3. Top 15 abstracts will be chosen for a flash poster presentation session.
  4. The recipient must present their research in 4+1 minutes during the flash presentation.

Submission Requirements

EARLY CAREER
RESEARCHER

Submit an Abstract of maximum 200 words | Clearly outline the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.


Submit a short CV (Max 2 pages) Highlighting academic achievements, publications, and relevant projects.

ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION

Submit an Abstract of maximum 200 words. Clearly outline the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Indicate which category abstract is being applied for.
